A very satisfying ending to a series that I enjoyed the hell out of! In fact, I am kinda sad that this book has come to an end. I feel like Moon Knight and Black Panther were two of the best books to come out of Marvel in a while and because neither are mainstream superheros, they got the axe. Sad face. Anyways, issue 12 of this short lived series is a perfectly toned conclusion the the West Coast adventures of Moon Knight. While the concluding battle did feel a bit short, plenty of blood was shed during it's duration to make up for it. The pinnacle of the entire battle is when Nefaria gets Thor's hammer to the dome and is then clocked out by Moon Knight in his fallen love interest/crime fighting partner's name, Echo. What I loved most about this book is that it knew what is was and didn't try to be anything that it wasn't. It was the story of a nut job who happened to be a b-list Avenger at some point (who most people have ever heard of) coming to the West Coast on his own to crack some skulls. I am glad to see that we will be seeing more of Moon Knight in The Age of Ultron, but wish I could see more of Spector's West Coast crime fighting. Oh well. Another one bites the dust.
