What can I say, I’m a fan of Firestar and am
willing to pick up most anything she appears in. That being said, I was
really surprised at how good this issue was. They didn’t come off as
slutty stand ins for Sex and the City this time. They just seemed fun.
Maybe it was the lack of drinking and trying to hook up, doesn’t
matter. This book actually did a great job of acknowledging the
previous continuity and explaining it without breaking the story
rhythm. I loved the art. The reflection scene was really well done.
This was a marked improvement over the last issue.
