  1. This series has been great.  My girlfriend turned me on to this series and it’s risen higher in my stack each month.  Joe Hill, son of horror legend Stephen King is proving that he can transition from prose to comics with ease.  The art by Gabriel Rodriguez may be a little unusual, but I’d already come to appreciate it during his work on the comic adaptation of Clive Barker’s The Great and Secret Show.  It may come off cartoony at first, but he shows emotions and action so well, that once you’ve gotten used to it, it really helps tell the story.  Hop on board this book now, as the movie rights have already been scooped up, and this will be the first series of at least three for this title. 5 stars easy.
