Why did I read the last year of JSA? This issue just summed up what actually happened the whole year instead of what I read. If I wanted to read a story that didn't mean anything I would pick up X-men Forever. Actually, that book makes more sense to me than what Willingham did in this book. Don't get me wrong, I like Willingham but this last year on JSA has been a miss and this single issue trashed the whole last year. I don't know what's really going on in this book anymore at all. The only positive in this whole book is that Obsidian gets a spotlight and he was missed. I think they changed the entire Mr. Terrific character but honestly, I can't be sure. The art was alright. There were no problems with it, but it was nothing special. Not even Merino's best work. I hope that this new arc with the JLA makes this book better because after being an avid JSA fan for years I'm thinking about dropping it. This issue upset me more than seeing Gabriel Stacy again.
