The world's greatest superheroes the Justice League of America have a lot to deal with in issue #42. It starts with GreenArrow at the point of no return then jumps to Starfire, Donna, Batman and Hal against a crazed, rampaging Atlas. I loved Batman giving an order to Green Lantern and seeing- Bat: weird giving an order to Hal & GL: weird taking an order from Dick. After Atlas is defeated the JLA find out someone was controlling the mind of their fallen foe and that has the team worried. Now we are in the past with the Challengers of the unknown and the Metal Men and jump to TODAY in Fawcett city with Dr. Impossible telling a story from a hospital bed to Atom and from there Atom meets up with the rest of the JLA. Dinah explains to Hal she is numb and we see Cyborg is rebuilding the Red Tornado better than before. Flashback to 1944 jump to Blackhawk island jump to the watchtower then ending with Green Arrow returning to wonder where is everyone (nobody wondered where he was).
Over all good but it was a lot of jumping around, I had a flashback to the House of Pain.

Actually, Hal and Dinah wondered where Oliver was when they were all on the satellite. 😉
And i’m not sure, but I have a HUNCH that the Green Arrow that appeared at the end of the issue is from another reality (note the costume change).
Hey thankyou for pointing out Hal and Dinah wondered where Oliver was when they were all on the satellite. 😉 I saw it on my re-read and wanted to recant my statment but thankyou for taking te words outta my mouth or off my keyboard rather.
I like the Green Arrow hunch, it’s a cool idea he’s from another reality, it even adds to the story and I would like to change my 3 to a 3 and 1/2 based on that alone.
