I was more bored by this issue than I really wish to admit to.

 This
whole story seemed to follow the late 70’s to early 80’s format of
indescribably powerful super villain with minion that plagues the
heroes until the last sequence when they pull something out of their
ass to beat him.

It isn’t that it can’t be good, but it is just such
well trod ground, it makes me question why it needed to be written.

The
art was fine, but underwhelming.

And the fact that the last 3 or so
pages was just text narration was really kind of irksome. Not a bad
issue, but too old school to be that entertaining.

  1. Sounds like a fair review.  I’m still waiting to receive this issue in the mail.  Still not excited about the Milestone characters, but the Archie Comics superheroes, bring it on.
