You know, I actually enjoyed this issue. And I’m really surprised I said that. Prometheus makes his attack on the sattelite and takes down the heroes methodically, which reminded me of when Morrison introduced him. We also get an interesting cliffhanger that I would love to see the payoff too.

We also get the last text piece from James Robinson. Anyone who listened to the Talksplode interview knows he’s not all that happy with how this mini turned out either, but it’s nice to see his thoughts and why Batwoman wasn’t in this as advertised. I always love reading James Robsinon’s introductions and anything he feels like sharing with us, the reader, and I’ll be sad to see this is the last.

This series was by no means perfect. Robinson’s admitted that. I guess we take this for what it is: a mini-series. A short burst of a story that was supposed to be larger but got cut at the knees. But, for this issue at least, I enjoyed it and I haven’t been able to say that since issue one.
