This issue continues to showcase the series’ strengths. Gillen has a lot of fun exploring and expanding the corners of the Marvel universe and roots the series in interesting and humorous characters. The humor and imagination is balanced with a certain weight, as every action is shown to have its consequences, some, as the latest issues shows, unexpected and deep.
I desperately wish for a different artist on this title. Elson’s acting lacks what the story demands, and certain emotional moments are dulled by the awkwardness in the art.
