Kieron “King Midas” Gillen has just accomplished his biggest feat yet… he made Fear Itself seem worthwhile! And I stress “seem.”

This issue mostly focuses on Volstagg humorously recounting Fear Itself as he saw it (and how it should have gone down) to his… voluptuous wife and many kids. You could pick this issue up without reading the previous ones and just enjoy the wit Gillen displays in his writing.

It’s truly remarkable what Gillen has accomplished here folks turning this turd of an event into a solid gold brick. Excuse the vulgar metaphor, I just have crap on the brain having just finished all of Fear Itself.
