I don’t know why I keep reading this book. It
isn’t all that great.

It has it’s moments, but a large amount of the
metatextual stuff is too simplistic to be clever.

I like that they’re
going to focus on the son for a little while, even if he does come off
as a joke. I wish he’d have stuck with his aunts a little while longer,
as I think they’re the best part of the book at the moment. The one’s
advice was great, and I wish someone would have told me it in junior
high.

I really don’t like the Babe the Blue ox vignettes any more, but
it is apparent the writers love them, so they probably aren’t going anywhere.

I liked the art, and as crassly as it was written, the scene where they
messed with the character designs was fun to look at, more or less.

Story: 2 - Average
Art: 4 - Very Good
