Good stuff. I like this book as a counter point to Astro City. It has
all the arc types but is the exact polar opposite. Where some books,
like Wanted or Empire were all about the villains winning I don’t think
we’ve had a book like this where the peak of the hero community goes
flipping nuts. I’m really curious what sent him off. It wasn’t the
“Jimmy” dying because he did that, and it wasn’t him losing his secret
identity, because that happened a long time ago. I am positive that
Waid has something in store that will just be Oh damn, when they reveal
it. Loving the art. It really did a great job of making Silver Age
scenerios look intimidating.
