I liked the previous issue and this one for the fact that it just didn't have Greg Land on it. However, I don't really like where this story seems to be going- I like Tony as a regular human, and not as a superhuman. The art is good, not stellar, but good. I like the pencil style that's used, similar to Opena's Avengers. But my biggest gripe would have to be that it doesn't seem like much of an Iron Man story.
