As much as I've enjoyed this series, my complaint last issue was the ending was very predictable.  This issue made up for that.  I never thought this fight would end down and dirty with bare knuckles.  My only real complaints are that the recovery from the EMP was never really explained.  I can suspend disbelief that an EMP could reach so far (I assume there was actually a "network" to create multiple EMPs), but I would have appreciated even a line of dialogue about how they got everything back up and running afterward.  It was my understanding that actual EMPs destroy electronics... not just make them inoperable temporarily.  Also, the singular focus of this issue's plot made  it read very quickly, but that's only a minor complaint.  I'm really interested to see how Spidey fits in next issue.  I have an interesting theory about Stark and how he fits into Spider-Man's "Brand New Day".
