If you’re looking for a comic book with a lot of action, this issue of Invincible Iron Man isn’t for you. The story that takes place here does not involve any fight scene but that does not necessarily mean the comic book was bad. The Stark Resilient story arc is continued by giving us more glimpses on the antagonist’s plan. Matt Fraction also makes good on his promise of a feature upgrade on the Iron Man armor, which technically isn’t, because the armor wasn’t even put on. We also get to see the return of Pepper Potts in her new Rescue armor. The finish wasn’t to die for though as the issue ended not with a bang but with a whimper. The art is phenomenal as always. Salvador Larocca’s pencil is what led me to look forward to this series in the first place. His drawing blends well with the colors by Frank D’armata, who is a very capable colorist. FOR ME, even without action scenes, this issue still good. I want comic books for reading anyway, and I can enjoy it even without action.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 5 - Excellent
