The family squabble hits a high point this issue with Kid Omni Man and Invinciboy having differing opinions on their father and subsequently how to take care of bad guys. Kid Omni man busts guts and blows out brains this issue. Specifically the Mauler twins' guts and brains. Good I was glad to see them gone. Goofy take over the world plan disguised and explained as a not-take-over-the-world-plan and all. gruesome scenes.

Tensions run high as we see the Guardians of the Globe being freaked out by Kid Om- KOM as he looks at them like he's done nothing wrong. Remember your little brother's look when he first spilt mom's freshly mixed orage juice or destroys a hot, steaming apple pie? no? Well imagine that look and paste it on KOM's face.

Yeah, acting all innocent after killing two big blu dudes. the issue ends with a brilliant panel. Or scene. Mark sort of agreeing with KOM's view. Now that's scary. This really sows the seeds for what we can expect in the coming months. The interplay between KOM and Invinciboy is well thought out, well realized and well executed.

Ottley's pencils are amazing, but I think Josh has said enough about that.

Clashing views, culture shocks, new costumes and hopefully some new villians. Whats not to like?
