Oh thank you Greg Pak. Since Pak's return to the Hulk the story has taken shape and eluded the nonsensical approach Loeb had maintained, but he has finally given me back my Hulk. Big, powerful, scary. The entire plot, the real plot, is revealed in this book and I am so glad that Pak got to write it. Plus, finally... the return of the real Hulk. Praise Allah! The two page spread of the Hulk's rebirth is amazing in its awe as well as its simplicity. I could not have asked for a more fulfilling finale given the lukewarm ride I had been taken on by Loeb, Pak has brought back the themes, mood and story type that I like.
