In the same way that Ghost
Rider is reviving the grindhouse movies in comic form, I feel that Iron Fist is
making martial arts comics come back in full force.

I think this book does
absolutely amazing work for keeping a character that falls into parody of
himself very easily at the top of his game and incredibly interesting.

The
supporting characters are interesting and bad ass, which is kind of hard to do
with a fat man in a cloth diaper, but here it works.

 They’re going to have to
do something about the dead at 33 storyline sooner or later, but I hope they resolve
it satisfactorily since Superman is doing it with Mon El and that isn’t too
interesting over there.

Love the art. Love the locations. Love the resolution
to the story. I think Danny had a perfect attitude when it came to the people
getting out of hell.
