Convoluted, both story wise and visually. I really like Vampires so was hoping I would like this. I feel like I’m jumping into the middle of a not very good story. In media res can be a really good tool if done right. Done wrong, it’s well – this.

What can I say, I don’t understand the characters, their motivations, the setting or really anything about this. It’s just confusing and seems to have a steep learning curve. Maybe it will make more sense as the story goes on.

Because I love Vampires, you get a chance but you have a grave to dig yourself out of.
