The progression of going to Herc from IHerc has been a little rough at times. This .1 title brought the feel of the book to somewhere between the two styles and I like it. Out of all the .1 one books I’ve read this one stands out as being quite enjoyable.
On light week you should definitely check this out.

Sadly, Marvel announced at Fan Expo in Toronto that Herc is being cancelled. Too bad, because Pak and Van Lente have told some great Hercules stories, and were just finding their groove with this title.
That sucks, if they had’ve left this to do it’s own thing and not saddeled it with a needless fear itself tie in this would’ve been fine to go for a while.
