I had really high hopes for G4 Tv’s Blair Butler comic writing debut and I think with this issue the series has really come into it’s own. Artist Kevin Mellon turns out his best issue yet here with gorgeous black and white artwork.

While the idea of a comic about an M.M.A. fighter, Butler and Kevin Mellon had really turned this book into a story about Oren “Rooster” Redmond’s unwavering persistence, sacrifice and hard work to follow his dreams.

Image continues to produce the best books on comic shelves and Heart is proof of that.
