I picked this up based on the recent success of image creating interesting stories. I am familiar with Marc Guggenhem’s work in amazing spider-man “brand new day” and No Ordinary Family which are both awesome. So I thought I would give this book a chance. WOW!!! I was really surprised by how intrigued this story of superheroes running out of crime to stop. This story is smooth and fast paced, we are introduced too some interesting characters that are fighting crime all over the world- which is always cool. Credit must be given to Tara Butter for developing characters that are easy to identify with through their dialogue and flaws. Art by Ryan Bodenheim and Mark Englert is awesome because they use a clean clear line to establish cool facial expression and emotions. The art and panels are easy to follow which creates smooth transitions between events and pages. This is another great comic book produced by Image and something you should checkout.
