I haven’t read Slash/Hack before.  One of my former coworkers has had a boner for this series since the beginning, and kept trying to get me to read it.  Of course, his favorite artist is Liefeld (which, ok, he has to be SOMEONE’S favorite artist), and his favorite title is Savage Dragon, which isn’t my type of comic, so I haven’t picked it up.  Today, a coworker with a similar taste to mine was flipping through Hack/Slash laughing.  Turns out, this issue is written as an Archie comic, where their version of Riverdale has been Cthuluized.  It’s pretty great.  If you’ve ever wanted to know what Regie would like holding a shotgun to his chin and saying “I’ll fuck(en) do it!”, then you need to pick up this comic.  And, if you happen to see the variant cover that’s done in the Archie book, pick it up for me, and I’ll send you a comic care package.  F’reals.
