This book is so much stronger in story than I expected from the premise. The concept is so gimmicky, that it’s easy to brush off as silly simian-fetishistic nonsense. But Brahm Revel is putting out a book with surprising levels of nuance and character depth. What’s especially noteworthy, is how Brahm juxtaposes the images and words. He uses the text to inform the images, and visa versa, in very thoughtful ways.

Great book. Please buy it! I don’t want it to go away!
