Green Lantern No. 10 was not quite as good as issue nine, but then again, issue nine was amazing, packed with all the secrets about the Indigo Tribe that Lantern fans have been dying to learn for ages. This issue followed up on that and further set up the coming Third Army arc.

In particular, I am interested in what happens to Black Hand after this issue. The next issue teaser said Black Hand's revenge is next, but I hope Black Hand is not just a one-off adversary for Hal and Sinestro to face next month. I love Johns' update of Black Hand and hope he has a big part of what's to come.

I am a huge fan of Doug Mahnke to the point where he might be my favorite artist in comics today. I love his style. But with the number of inkers that are on this book from month to month, in addition to the way this book would get delayed pre-New 52, I worry that Mahnke is having a hard time keeping up. I don't know enough about art to go into detail, but page nine in particular looked rushed or something. I don't know if that is primarily because of different inkers doing different pages or the workload or what.

It's a shame because other pages in this issue are fantastic. I'd love to have the very last page of Black Hand as a poster.
