The only thing stopping me from giving this awesome book a perfect score was because of the Joker story-arc. I know from plenty of people, that story is considered to be the favorite and the best written throughout the entire series. But my problem was I had difficulty distinguishing which characters from who, and I had to do in plenty of occasions refer to the character introductions in the beginning of the novel to remember who the character was.

Don’t get my wrong, I love Michael Lark, but his archetype’s face are exactly the same in every character. Even the women (besides, Romy Chandler) I had trouble picking out. The only person I had no problem knowing who he was, was Sarge, and that was because he was Black and fat.

Maybe it’s because that story arc involved the majority of the main characters in the series. Compared to previous stories that only address two or main three main characters. But above all that, despite the hassle, I love it, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Story: 5 - Excellent
Art: 4 - Very Good
