I really agree with the review by Mongo in that the pacing of this issue was great. I read through this issue faster than I do most comics because I couldn't wait to see what Chuckles was going to do after issue 3. You really see and believe over the
4 issues just how destroyed Chuckles becomes inside, and that's a huge victory on COBRA's part. Very skillful writing, and I'm sad to see this ending so quickly. I would most definitely have kept picking up this book each month if it were to go longer.
This issue didn't hit as hard as #3 (really though, how could it?), but it was outstanding nonetheless. I give the art a 4 only because I'm not a fan of the cover, but the interiors are masterful.
