This is VERY VERY GOOD.

Bendis wishes he could write this well.

The premise is that “batshit anarchists weaponize a time machine.” Awesome.

The only minor issue is that the art is a bit plain. Totally appropriate, and kinetic, but a bit plain. It’s not super-realistic either but rather economical.

Point is, folks, you should read this. Expertly paced, fantastic characterizations with minimal exposition, a really interesting story told in an interesting way.
