This feels like two under-cooked halves of a story. First we get an LSD-induced trip through the Unknown Soldier’s subconscious memories of his past wars and lives that briefly sketches out what he’s supposed to be about, and then we get a very brief set-up that implies that his current war will be the war on terror, but neither of these is laid out thoroughly enough to really dig your teeth into.
