This comic is the one you should be reading instead of that Fear Itself tie in issue featuring a team you could care less about. The plot centers around three connected people and uses flashbacks and things happening now to tell the story. The flashbacks all have a unique cartoony style so you never get confused following the action so even the most easily confused comic reader does not have an aneurism trying to figure it all out. Essentially there is an injectable drug that gives super powers to anyone who takes it. Chief among those is the ability to fly Superman style. Needless to say, hijinx and death have ensued. That’s all you get because this has no spoilers. The storyline does require you to read it from the beginning, so go get the first 3 issues and read up, otherwise you’re going to be like my wife trying to understand Weeds when she started watching it with me at season 3. She’s a drug dealer with kids, a stoner brother in law, and Kevin Nealon! How hard is it to figure out? So in closing, read this book. It’s got me hooked.
