I really didn't get much out of this, and a lot of it read like some kind of after-school special.  I half expected Black Lightning to shout "knowledge is power", and Tattoo Man to formulaically, at the end of the special, come around and finally understand the importance of education!  Well, he kind of did... except replace the word "education" with "being a hero".  Anyway, decent art, two characters I don't really care about in a story that I don't really feel added anything to Final Crisis overall.
