Spider-man is NYC protector and this issue really shows how terrible that job is. McKone's art really captures the paranoia that is overtaking the city, but probably needed a different inker. Yost does a fantastic job with the pacing of the story. I will say that I suspect from the first panel of a rat whom was going to appear but still its creepy to see Vermin appear.
