Fatale has only gotten better since it started. This flashback issue reveals how Jo and Walt met back in World War II and it’s full of creepy abandoned churches and shootouts with Nazi occultists . It’s surprising how these four stand-alone stories haven’t derailed the story, but only increased the mythology of the universe. I can’t wait to get back to the cliffhanger from the second arc’s end, but these four stories have kept me happy in the meantime.
