Much like all the other adaptations
Marvel is putting out that I’m reading, I’m a fan of the series and really only
picking the book up to see how they do it visually.

 This issue started out a
little bland. I think the characters at the start of this issue were
interchangeable. I know it’s kind of hard to make them visually unique, but
since this book is an extra dollar compared to the rest and I already know what’s
going to happen, I don’t think it’s too much to ask.

I do think it picked up
when the scene shifted off of Battle School. I liked how the scene with Bean’s
creator went. I think the reveal at the end of the issue was handled a little poorly,
since there had been no mention of Achilles the whole issue. It’s adequate for
an adaptation, but not worth the extra dollar.
