John Rogers’ Dungeons & Dragons comic just doesn’t get the love it deserves. It’s fun, funny, and has an excellent cast of characters that play well off each other. Rogers takes atmosphere of what a typical D&D session feels like, with lots of joking amongst the party members, but never takes to far where it betrays the story. When the characters triumph, you cheer, and when things go bad for them you wince. In a week when none of my DC or Marvel books really excited me, I was happy to finally give this book my pick of the week, even if I’m alone in that.

You good sir are not alone
This is one of my favorite books. I especially love the collections that printed in oversized hardcovers so that they can fit in right next to the D&D rule books on my shelf.
