I usually avoid comics based on tv/movies, but I decided to give this one a try.

Rich Johnson does a great job in capturing the Doctor. With a wealth of resource material at his disposal, he managed to streamline the Doctor within a story, rather than splash the story with embellishments of characterization (something common among characters that have a wide breadth of exposure among different mediums). This in mind, it allowed the plot to develop unhindered, and even introduced other characters in a balanced manner. Loved the TX character, and the premise of living life backwards through a timestream. The plot sequencing was challenging, but it didn’t hinder the ability to enjoy the storyline.

Eric J rose to the challenge at tackling the storyline sequence, along with capturing characters with great recognizability. Lots of fluidity, and managed to portray the Doctor more than try and capture David Tennant.

Story: 5 - Excellent
Art: 4 - Very Good
