This story quickly became a mess. I like Scott McDaniel's art, I enjoyed him on Nightwing and then Batman. He is a skilled storyteller, that is if there is a coherent story. This is just story beats. Things seem to happen without transitions. No dramatic drive, or having any connections to characters. Batman voluntarily takes joker juice, yet it seems like a throw away moment, and the reason why he did so is preposterous.  Why? Because he could look at any of those Jokerz running around and see how they behave to know what the drug does to them.

When you dumb down characters it also makes us not care about them.
