I honestly was a little disappointed with this issue. It wasn’t bad, far from it, but it didn’t have the awesome bit of uber violence that the previous issue had. Don’t get me wrong, it was kind of neat seeing him take out those robots in such a efficient fashion, but its just robots. Ripping off that woman’s head was pretty neat, but again that was done in a wide angle, and not nearly as graphic. Hell, even the giant monster fight wasn’t shown and I love Cory Walker drawing monster fights. Everything about this issue was toned down which made it a hole lot less fun than the previous one. I have no doubt this will be the end of this character, which is why I really hope they do give him a proper send off with blood and gore.
