As the Knights’ adventures (which may not be quite the right word) come to a head, heading toward what I assume will be the finale of Cornell’s run on this title, and to be entirely honest I felt like he might’ve been a little off his game.

Perhaps the problem is that this issue is more about plot than character, and in the past the banter between characters has been Cornell’s strong point. There are still a few good lines, ’tis true, but despite the twists and dramatic moments, I didn’t come away from this issue with the same sense of crazy fun this series has so often created.
