It`s a typical wednesday and I`m in my LCS to get the next issue of Deadpool. I was looking at the great wall of New Releases when I heard a customer tell the owner to stop holding the Deadpool comic for him. The owner was surprised and so was I considering this guy had been reading Deadpool before Marvel Now! He said was out because Deadpool wasn`t serious enough for him. I have also heard people are leaving because Tony Moore is.

There is only 3 things that are a constant in my life. Taxes, Taxes, and great Deadpool comics by Brian Posehn and Gerry Duggan.

What a fun ride it has been from a Mean Joe reference to being stabbed by an Elephant and even a guest appearance from the Worlds Mightiest Heroes. This is the book that Brian Posehn and Gerry Duggan were born to write. With Balls to the Wall action mixed in with some jokes it`s definitely enough to keep any comic book reader around. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY saw that ending coming! Some people may be upset about it, but let`s not start getting our life jackets on just yet until we know for sure the ship is sinking. From the previous 6 issues people need to have faith in this writing team and just enjoy the ride.

Tony Moore definitely brought his A game, especially with that double page spread at the beginning of the book. What a way to go out.

To those people saying they are dropping this book, let`s just hope you made the right decision.

5/5 for the story and art.

Story: 5 - Excellent
