Jesus Christ, this book was sweet!  It has that Joker-esque chaos that fits right into this Dark Reign nonsense.  Zodiac has set the pieces in place by beating the snot out of Johnny Storm and then blowing up the hospital where he was interred.  Now he is going for the jugular.  His main target?  Norman Osborn, the asshole in charge of HAMMER and the protection of the world from any potential threats, domestic or alien.  Well, Zodiac has hacked HAMMER's database and fabricated a sequence that makes it seem that Galactus is about to consume the planet.  Needless to say, mass chaos ensues at HAMMER headquarters.  Meanwhile, he has unleashed some sort of mechanized goliath on New York City.  All in attempts to discredit Osborn and make him look unstable and unreliable. 

This issue was freaking awesome.  The art is crude, but I love it and the writing is excellent.  This is the only Dark Reign spin-off book that I'd recommend.  It left me satisfied:) "That's what she said".
