Man, this series started out with such promise and now feels about as
dynamic as a block of ice.
Instead of Bullseye taking his psychosis out on innocent bystanders, we get him alternating between being Norman's lapdog and struggling to find his own mind. And the whole cause of his doubt was given away half way through the issue, which means that next issue is either going to be mindless violence or unnecessary exposition.
Worse yet, I don't think anything worthwhile is going to come out of Urich's investigation, and if any character deserves to help with the downfall of Osborne and Bullseye it's Phil Urich.
Raney's art is very hit and miss for me, and I really don't think an exploration of a killer's psychosis really is his strong suit
