I'm going to have to say I'm more than a little disappointed with this issue.

 I know that the whole point of Norman right now is he's in a position of power and he manipulates and cajoles to keep it, but this was just a boring talking head issue that, frankly bored me to tears.

Does it fit with the character? Yes

 Does it make for interesting reading? Hell, no.

 A war in the media may be the way things are done now, Comics can actually have fights and make it interesting.

I used to like Mike Deodato's art. I thought he was great back in the day on Thor with Ellis or even back on the Hulk run with Bruce Jones. But here, he's just so heavily relying on photo reference, it makes the characters seem stiff.

The only bit in this issue I liked was the stuff with Noh Varr. I don't think he's been written consistently since his first appearance, but I've been liking him here. He never struck me as naive or idealistic, but that's how Bendis seems to be writing him.

I really hated the bit wit the Sentry.
