I feel like this series hasn’t been about Matt Murdock as much as it should be. It focuses way too much on the corrupt cops and low lives in the town instead. Which is a shame considering this is Diggle’s swan song for Daredevil. I expected more from the book I suppose. Not too crazy about the art, either. I’m not all complaints, though. I do like the angle Diggle is approaching Matt’s crime fighting style in the post- Shadowland world. Matt is no longer sure of himself and the type of justice that he fought for so many years. He hesitates and shuns that life instead of essentially obsessing over it like he used to. I hope this takes off over the next few issues because I really want to love this mini, but as of now I just think it’s decent.

  1. I agree. I’ve been disappointed with most of the Diggle run (except the first 4 or 5 issues,) which is a shame because he showed promise before Shadowland started.
