Though this is a slight step below issue one, this still maintains all of the weight and excellence of the story being told. In this issue, Ben Urich faces 3 different characters (the best scene being the return of Milla to comics, which includes a chill-inducing DD revelation). Seriously, Milla was sort of a blight on Bendis and Maleev’s run, and she was best put to use in Brubaker and Lark’s heartbreaking saga. But here, Bendis delivers one of her best moments.

So far, End of Days is looking to be the last great thing Bendis wrote (written 5-6 years ago). And Klaus Janson’s art is still killing.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 5 - Excellent
