I really like the direction that this book has taken. It’s good to see Matt in a role where he is in control of his life, as fucked up as it is. Having the story take place in Japan is a good way of keeping this book out of “Siege.” Not that I haven’t been liking that event we just don’t need everyone involved. If DD showed up at my front door with an army of undead ninjas , after I wiped the poop out of my pants, I’d think it was the most bad ass thing I’ve ever seen.
