Anyone remember Lily Lucca? The girl with the weird pheromone perfume from Fear where any guy who around her was in love in her? You think somebody weaponized it and used it on Matt and Dakota? The Donavans' PI catching Matt just as he's making the beast with two backs with Dakota seems just a biiit too coincidental in my book. Add that with Matt's increasing hostility (yeah, the circumstances justify the attitude but after Bendis' run, Matt has stayed cooler under far greater pressure) and I smell an unseen hand in these proceedings manipulating Matt. Or I'm fishing. Anyways...
So, we're getting closer to the end of the "Lady Bullseye" story. We've seen a little fleshing out of the titular character and some more progression on the Milla situation. The primary plot is chugging forward even if "Hand attacks Daredevil and friends" has been done before. Personally, I've had a mixed feeling about this story arc. From the technical standpoint, everything's aces. From a point of me liking the main character anymore after the one night stand, I'm not so sure. Oddly enough, the actual quality of the book itself remains strong yet I personally find myself caring less about what happens. Like how many felt towards the third act of the "Death of Captain America" story, it might just also be that it's becoming harder to maintain an excitement for this book.
Nevertheless, I can't really say it's been bad at all, hence the "4" ratings. Lark's art is as good as ever and Brubaker manages to make interesting characters yet something seems to be missing. I think the iFanboys hit the nail on the head when they mentioned Matt's loss of nobility. Under Bendis' direction, my favorite thing was that Matt Murdock was a character who maintained his nobility and sense of duty if nothing else amidst a series of crises one after the other. Now, Matt seems to be a man without center or likability. That's not to say Brubaker's direction has been bad but it's one that left me a bit cold. I'm sure that's more my fault than Brubaker, but I'm feeling my love for the book slipping. Still, I'm sure, most would tell you it's one of the best ongoings today... because it probably is.

Good review. I agree. After cheating on Milla….I almost don’t like him as a person anymore. He is merely reacting to the world around him, instead of choosing a path and walking it.
