Is it human, or is it dancer? This is an espionage story that is not different enough to make me care one way or the other. Nathan Edmondson’s book “Who is Jake Ellis?” was great and then the same story seemed to appear when he started writing Grifter for the New DC 52. “The Activity” had more of the same bland espionage story and I was out. The art in Dancer #1 was fine, but If this is all Edmondson he can write then I’m completely over him.

Story: 1 - Poor

  1. Totally disagree. There are parts of this book, small scenes on pages, such as at the restaurant or when he goes back to his apartment that are testament to how this medium can tell stories in awesome ways. The small visual cues that something weird is happening totally made the book for me. I don’t know alot about either character but the reveal at the end and their actions so far will definitely have me coming back.
