I have always loved Conan, however it has always been hard at least to me for it to be translated into comics with passion and feeling.

Sure most Conan books have been good, great fight scenes, blood & guts and good story lines.

With issue #6 in this series, All I can say is that I was blown away with how the artwork conveyed the anger and passion going through Conan in his search for Belit.

I gave the artwork a 5 even though it is my perfered style of artwork, however when you can relay the pure emotions going on in a characters thoughts and actions, that is very impressive.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 5 - Excellent

  1. I’ve been remiss about picking up any of the Dark Horse Conan series, although I’ve read a few of the collected graphic novels, perhaps I should give them a look. I always enjoyed the Marvel series.
