In the name of geoff Johns, what possed Marvel to not have one art team for the entire event. I feel like I fell for the old bait and switch. Here I am expecting to enjoy the same hamburger I enjoyed last week and I open the bag to find meatloaf.

Im not saying ARIEL OLIVETTI is a bad artist, but his style is a totally different style than Choi’s. I prefered Choi’s more slender and more detail pencils over Olivetti’s bulky characters. At least Marvel should have keptthe same colorist for the event in hope of keeping the same tone that was set up in the prologue.

Eventhough the change of artist was a dissapointment  the story was not a dissapointment. This issue gave us some insight into X-force, Cable, and Bishops plans  and the reason why they are all now stuck in that time period. Plus the story goes into the insanely funny way Deadpool ended up in that time period.  In the end even with the art change this book is still worth the money and for the first time in a long time I can not wait to see the outcome to whats shapping up to be a realy great event.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 3 - Good

  1. i guess its’ the same thing they did in messiah complex, artwise, but that’s going to make a jarring tpb.

  2. it will be….Olivetti style is very……unique compared to the others
