What happened here?? This in no way, shape, or form could be from the same team that brought us one of the best comic series to ever be published. Bagley’s art seemed extremely rushed and the colorist did not suit his style whatsoever. How do you rush art for a book that has no ties to anything else, and is a number one issue? Just wait and bring it out next month. Hell, the owner of my LCS didnt remember this existed until i reminded him to pull it. The idea is there for a good story, but the plot didn’t make sense until I read the synopsis afterwards. It seemed to jump from one cliche character to the next. The classic Bendis dialogue is here, but the characters were so dull and uninteresting that frankly, I just didn’t care.
